Broker portal
A financial product designed specifically for brokers
The Broker Portal allows brokers to submit full mortgage applications to Landbay on behalf of clients seeking buy-to-let financing. Its launch reduced application processing time by over 60% and drove a substantial increase in application volumes.
I was one of the two lead designers on this project, which took nearly 18 months to complete.
I am currently working on putting together the problem statement, project goals, usability testing, final product, and post-go-live researches that I have done.
